Unfortunately I'm very upset that I have to pay shipping to return a pair of shoes that is either mismarked or clearly runs small. And I don't mean a little bit small. I wear an 8, I've always worn an 8. I have 100's of pairs of shoes, all 8's. I squeezed a foot into these and the heel of it hangs off the end of the shoe a good inch. Tight too. I had a friend try them on, she wears a 6 and a half to a 7. They fit her very nice. That's pretty off I'd say.
