(More customer reviews)I bought a pair of these in black from a BJ store and loved them so much I decided to get a pair in red, too. If you've never tried them on, they are impressively comfortable. The secret is the platform underneath the ball of your foot. It adjusts the angle so what looks like a 5 inch heel wears like a 2.5 inch heel.
As for the authenticity - mine arrived in a signature hot pink Betsey Johnson box (logo emblazoned on the top), wrapped carefully in signature BJ cheetah-print paper, and still stuffed with original packing material. If these aren't the real thing, I applaud whoever it was that went to the trouble of making it look like it was.
Great shoes. Buy them while you can.
