The shoes were in perfect shape when I opened the box and they looked just as I expected. When I put them on they fit perfectly and looked great on mt feet. This is only my second pair of 6 inch heels and I love them. I can wear these for long hours as long as I do not have to walk long distances. I love Pleaser shoes and will be buying more of them. I am already trying to decide which color I am going to order next in these shoes.
