They fit true to size. They are a little uncomfortable after prolonged use but I think some gel pads may help. They are a bit slippery too, but I was walking on a very polished wooden floor, so that didnt help. They have a hidden platform and dont feel so high. I also felt like the strap was pretty substantial and made me feel very secure in the shoe.
I love them. I got so many compliments!
