(More customer reviews)I bought this item for a formal dress. It arrived but was too big so I returned it to have it exchanged for another size. I followed the merchant's instructions exactly -- returning the unworn shoes in the original box, with its original packing, tissue, etc. and with the required paperwork -- but DID NOT GET A NEW PAIR OR A REFUND. This means that I was charged or an item but have no merchandise to show for it! The merchant did not even have the decency to send an emal, as other Amazon merchants have done, to inform me that they were processing my return. My advise is that you do not order from this company. It was my worst ever experience on Amazon.
