I am going to wear them for my wedding, but I cannot comment on comfort, as I have only wore them for about 15min at any one time. I only gave these shoes a 4 star review because there is a slight run in the satin fabric on the side of the shoe. I was not happy at all to see that, as these shoes are extremely expensive, I believe they should be perfect in every way. I still have to contact Amazon to express my disappointment. On a good note, the shoes seem to be true to size!
