The product was not as it was pictured and was very poorly constructed. In addition, the freight charges were not what I agreed to and were more than the actual product itself. When I attempted to convey my lack of satisfaction, they did not respond to three email inquiries.As a result, I am having to challenge the charges through Am Ex and it is taking a very long time.
I will not buy through this company again and I am recommending to my friends that they avoid this vendor, also.
