(More customer reviews)When I received the product is was perfect. It was exactly what I was expecting and in brand new condition. However, the seller wasn't the best at processing. It told me it should be processed by the 23 or 24th (a few days after I purchased it) and the shoes would arrive on about the 29th or 30th. I was like good, I should have them by Halloween, hopefully. However, I got a notice from Amazon.com on the 29th stating that "Shoebuy has not confirmed the shipment of this order within the expected timeframe." So it was the day I should receive the shoes and it wasn't even processed! So I had to email shoebuy and tell them that I wanted them for Halloween. Then I got an email that day stating that the shoes had been shipped, and I got them a week late. So, you will get what you want. However you may want to contact them when you place your order or else you may have to wait over a week to even have your order processed and shipped.
