(More customer reviews)The entire experience was refreshing. I had requested my size but when I received the sandal it was a bit too small. I sent an email to Jeff and he quickly sent out a new pair. Being I felt it was my responsibility to know my size prior to ordering, I sent back the sandal UPS on my dime. But I was incredibly surprised to find a credit for the shipping from Jeff! He was helpful and gave great customer service. I would highly recommend him and his team! Thanks again. Loving life in my new sandal!
